• Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a GM or AGM in a full-service restaurant environment;

  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational efficiency;

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, guests, and vendors;

  • Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including menu engineering, inventory management, and cost control strategies;

  • Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
