**Job Title: Customer Service Assistant**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to all guests, combining the responsibilities of a Busser and Food Runner to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Food & Beverage Delivery**: Promptly deliver food and beverages to tables, announcing dishes and beverages to guests upon delivery, and following allergy procedures to communicate any special instructions to guests.
• Table Maintenance**: Clear and reset tables within one minute, removing dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, and debris promptly, and maintaining table cleanliness throughout service.
• Guest Support**: Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs, communicate guest requests or concerns to the appropriate team members, and assist with wrapping leftovers and ensure proper packaging.
• Operational Support**: Maintain service areas with adequate stock of service supplies, transport dirty dishes to dish areas, and ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables, complete assigned side work, and ensure all cleaning tasks are performed according to standards.

The successful candidate will have:

• Able to learn table and position numbers within one week of hire.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to support the service team effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The physical demands of this role require the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50lbs, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
