As a key leader in our organization, the Corporate Services Director plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and service standards across our Michelin-starred fine dining group.
This senior position is responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business, including service delivery, financial performance, and people development.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of flagship restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service standards and exceptional guest experiences.
- Leadership and guidance of front-of-house teams through recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
- Management of financial performance, encompassing P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Support and guidance for new restaurant openings, focusing on service training, systems implementation, and standardization.
- Regular site visits to evaluate service standards and provide ongoing support to local leadership teams.
- Collaboration with licensees to maintain brand consistency and integrity in service, culture, and guest experience.
