Executive Japanese Chef Opportunity
The yacht is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our prestigious 70m motor yacht. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating authentic, technique-driven Japanese menus that exceed the highest standards.
We are looking for an exceptional chef with:
- A deep understanding of traditional Japanese cuisine and sushi, as well as a proven track record of executing menus at the highest level.
- Significant hands-on experience in reputable Japanese restaurants, ideally in Japan or internationally recognized establishments.
- An ability to lead a high-performing kitchen team and maintain the highest levels of quality control.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must demonstrate significant professional experience in top Japanese restaurants, preferably at the Michelin or luxury level. A cooking trial will be required for shortlisted candidates.
