Executive Chef Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for large scale events and conventions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in high volume catering, recipe development, and budget management. They will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, coordinating with operations, sales, and staffing teams to ensure event details are understood, and producing consistent products in high volume.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening and communication skills, the ability to run a business, and exhibit cooking skills and knowledge. They will also be able to develop creative menu items that adhere to our standard of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of culinary staff and ensure schedules are concurrent with scheduled events.
- Travel throughout the Gas South District for regular meetings and events.
Required Qualifications:
- Culinary Arts Degree or related field
- 5+ years in a lead culinary role
