Kitchen Professional

As a line cook, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, working in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Our goal is to create a fun and safe workspace where our staff is inviting, friendly, and charismatic.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary equipment and supplies
• Preparing food for service, adhering to high-quality standards and cooking procedures
• Working effectively with a deep fryer & flat top grill to ensure efficient food preparation
• Following all directions from management, including inventory rotation and stock replenishment
• Ensuring that food is presented simultaneously at the highest quality and in a timely manner
• Complying with all Department of Health (DOH) safety and sanitary regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a commercial kitchen setting
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation methods
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately manage inventory
