Sous Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef plays a vital role in ensuring seamless kitchen operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef, leading the kitchen staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute menus that align with our culinary vision and meet customer expectations.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product rotation to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal feature planning.

In order to succeed in this role, you should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead cook role.
  • Strong knowledge of French-inspired cuisine and ability to develop innovative menus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
