As a key member of our team, the Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent baking skills and be able to multitask efficiently under pressure.

• Prepare ingredients needed for bread, pastry, and dessert recipes as required.
• Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards at all times.
• Communicate any food delays or issues to colleagues and supervisors promptly.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve production goals.
