Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the culinary team in overseeing the day-to-day operations in the Culinary Department.


• Lead by example and instill safety and sanitation habits in all associates.


• Develop and implement new menu ideas and presentations that showcase technical execution.


• Maintain strong inventory and cost control, finding solutions to optimize resources.


• Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.


• Experience in production of banquets and special events.


• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates at all levels.


• Ability to maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
