The role of a VIP Host at our establishment is to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. They are the first point of contact and last impression, ensuring seamless interactions throughout the night.

This position requires strong communication skills, discretion when dealing with high-profile clientele, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the team to deliver a polished and memorable experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest lists, VIP tables, reservations, and walk-ins with precision.
• Recognize and warmly welcome frequent members, tastemakers, and VIPs, anticipating and accommodating their preferences, restrictions, and special requests.
• Adjust pace, tone, and presence to match the energy of the night, coordinating with management, bartenders, servers, and security for seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and records in internal systems, assist with bottle presentations, specialty setups, and peak-hour flow as needed.
