Personal Meal Prep Specialist

Nourish Culinary Co seeks a passionate and experienced personal chef to provide custom meal prep service and small-scale catering services for clients in the Washington DC area.

The ideal candidate will have a culinary training background, a combination of fine dining and private experience, and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with high-profile clientele.

1. Plan weekly menus according to client needs and diet restrictions with head chef and client input.
2. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients each week for menu approval.
3. Procure all groceries and other items as needed.
4. Sourcing local and/or organic foods when possible.
5. Prepare, execute, and package weekly healthy and fresh meals for clients.
6. Cook in client's residence - including thorough post-cooking clean up.
7. Report schedule and grocery receipts in a timely manner.

1. Passionate, creative, and knowledgeable about healthful cooking.
2. Culinary degree is preferred.
3. Knowledge of and experience preparing meals for clients with specialty diets.
4. Flexibility, reliability, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
5. Willingness to learn and take direction from head chef.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
7. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
8. Must display and follow proper hygiene and sanitation.
9. Valid driver's license and valid US work authorization.
10. ServSafe license and liability insurance.
