Senior Chef - Prepared Foods Team Lead

A key role in driving culinary excellence and hospitality experience on the retail floor is available. We are seeking a seasoned senior chef to lead our prepared foods team, focusing on operational standards, merchandising, and sales initiatives.

Main responsibilities include:

• Leading expediting and executing operational SOPs, merchandising standards, and inventory levels
• Managing production within prepared foods, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety
• Maintaining awareness of customer flows and needs, directing team members to satisfy and delight customers

The ideal candidate will have:

• A combined history of professional hospitality/kitchen experience and culinary training
• Ability to teach and develop others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An organized approach to work, prioritizing efficiently and delegating tasks
