Operations Supervisor

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Supervisor to lead our kitchen and front-of-house teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service execution, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving store performance.

• Oversee daily operations, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and check-ins with both BOH and FOH leads to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor and control labor, inventory, and cost management to optimize store profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a leadership role within the food industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high energy levels, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including prep workflows, pastry production, and inventory control.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
