At our prestigious dining establishment, we seek an accomplished General Manager Assistant to spearhead daily operations and foster a positive team culture. As a seasoned hospitality leader, you will partner with the General Manager to drive service standards forward, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and elevate the overall guest experience.
- Lead floor operations with poise, supporting superior service, coaching in real-time, and increasing the guest satisfaction levels.
- Take ownership of the beverage program, guaranteeing it's efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our customer-centric approach.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop FOH team members, building a culture rooted in hospitality and accountability.
- Monitor key performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement across the restaurant.
- Champion clear communication between departments and model a collaborative mindset.
- 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience, including beverage oversight.
- Passion for beverages, with working knowledge of wine, cocktails, and cost management.
- Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume service environments.
- Strength in team leadership and ability to balance service with operations.
- Comfortable with inventory management, scheduling, and training programs.
This full-time exempt position offers a competitive salary range of 85,000-95,000, plus performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits. The right candidate will enjoy growth-focused opportunities within the organization.
