Foods Preparation Specialist

• Cut, prepare, and serve hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza.


• Offer product samples to customers.


• Restock prepared foods from the kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators.


• Ensure freshness by checking product dates and rotating items as necessary.


• Collect recyclables and consolidate them for disposal.


• Assist the team leader in organizing and displaying high-volume products.


• Complete worksheets for spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep checks.


• Support inventory checks and provide excellent customer service.


• Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.


• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.


• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
