Senior Bakery Operations Manager

• Provide leadership to the bakery team, ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Responsible for profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.
• Hire, develop, and separate team members to achieve exceptional performance.
• Maintain a positive company image by providing excellent customer service.

• At least 24 months of retail experience, including 12 months of team leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
• Familiarity with food safety certification and regulations.
• Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance and managing inventory.
