We are seeking a skilled pastry professional to prepare and present high-quality pastries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of equipment usage and safety protocols.
• Achieve exceptional cleanliness and organization standards.
• Meet with the executive chef to review daily assignments and goals.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and supplies for optimal condition.
• Prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Prepare menu items according to recipes and yield guides.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a pastry cook in a high-volume establishment.
• Demonstrated expertise in French pastry techniques.
• College degree or culinary school education preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with computer systems including Excel, Windows, and POS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Skillful use of knives.
