Executive Culinary Director

Job Summary:

• Lead the kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations


• Develop and implement new menu ideas, while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation


• Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a collaborative work environment


• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to optimize profitability


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations


• Collaborate with management on seasonal menu changes and special events

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of culinary experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role


• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

• Excellent leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities


• Proven track record of maintaining food cost and labor efficiency
