COTE is an innovative restaurant offering an interactive dining experience with high-quality USDA Prime beef, a comprehensive wine list, and creative cocktails.

Each table features smokeless grills, paired with dry-aged cuts from our in-house room, ensuring hot, fresh steak with every bite.

• Hiring Phase: The hiring process begins on August 12.
• Training Phase: Two weeks of training take place in mid-September, Monday-Friday.
• Pre-Opening: Friends & Family services occur during normal dinner hours from September 29 to October 2.
• Grand Opening: The restaurant opens for service on October 4.

Dining professionals responsible for inspecting and polishing glassware, flatware, and plate ware to perfection before re-entering service are sought after.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receives clean glassware, inspects for flaws, and polishes to a shine.
• Removes defective items and informs management.
• Polishes all equipment to perfection.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the dish pit area.
• Completes assigned side work and maintains tools.
• Reports to each shift on time and ready to work.
• Trains new employees.
