Food Preparation Specialist

Job Overview:

As a member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Cut, prepare, and serve a variety of hot and cold foods to meet the needs of our customers.
• Stock hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods from the kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators.
• Check product dates and rotate stock as necessary to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
• Bail and consolidate recyclables to maintain a clean and sustainable work environment.
• Assist with inventory checks and complete required worksheets to track sales and product availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones promptly and courteously.
• Maximize sales potential by properly prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment by following all health and safety protocols.
• Report any safety hazards or violations immediately to ensure a safe working environment.
