Produce Department Supervisor

• Collaborate with the produce trainer to develop and implement training programs that promote teamwork and excellence.
• Ensure all team members receive thorough onboarding and ongoing training to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated inventory of produce, ensuring that customers receive the freshest products available.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, break times, and department openings and closings, adhering to established procedures.
