Culinary Leadership Opportunity

As Executive Chef, you will oversee the entire culinary program across multiple restaurants and catering services within a luxurious Life Plan community. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the kitchen, supports team development, and engages regularly with residents through meaningful interactions.

1. Develop globally inspired menus for à la carte dining, healthcare venues, catering, special events, and holidays.
2. Collaborate with the pastry chef to create desserts, breads, and pastries tailored to each venue.
3. Embody a 100% scratch cooking philosophy across all food preparation.
4. Implement 'à la minute' standards for all à la carte menu items.

• Culinary Arts Degree or Professional Chef Certification (CEC or CIA ProChef 3) is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive supervisory experience in a high-quality, scratch multi-venue kitchen environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills are essential.
