Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with business objectives
Managing departmental performance, budgets, and headcount
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes within the insurance sector
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across telesales teams
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including insurers
Experience
Proven leadership experience within operations or sales management
Strategic management of a B2C telesales operation
Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
Track record of achieving targets and delivering strategic projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Competence in Microsoft Office and strong organisational ability
