We are seeking a skilled and compassionate *Hand Therapist* to join our growing rehabilitation team. This role focuses on the evaluation and treatment of patients with upper extremity, hand, and wrist injuries and conditions. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and passionate about helping patients restore function and improve quality of life.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals
* Fabricate and modify custom orthoses/splints
* Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities as appropriate
* Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
* Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely in the EMR
* Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and the rehab team
*Qualifications*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington State
* Minimum of [2] years of experience in upper extremity/hand therapy
* CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) preferred, or willingness to obtain
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and time management skills
* Experience with workers’ compensation and post-surgical cases preferred
*Schedule*
* Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm, no weekends
* Flexible scheduling available if applicable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,500.00 - $94,000.00 per year
