At Salesforce, you are the future—join us as we lead the way into the Agentforce era. We are looking for a Senior Analyst for Sales Programs to become part of our dynamic Public Sector Team. This high-impact group functions as a key partner for our sales organization, focusing on Demand Generation planning, coordination, and execution informed by Pipeline analysis. This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales Programs and covers our Education lines of business. Responsibilities Support the development of a top-tier, consistent demand generation plan that aligns with Sales pipeline targets, prioritizing sales leader initiatives for your region. Engage sales teams and relevant groups in demand generation efforts through executive communications and performance reviews, with full participation in the Sales management team. Encourage optimal use of pipeline generation tools among sales teams and share effective demand generation practices across countries and segments. Present insights on pipeline trends and progress to senior management, alongside strategic recommendations and action plans aimed at improving business performance. Manage the regional Demand Generation board, overseeing pipeline health-checks and targets, and facilitate regional pipeline review meetings. Simplify communication to ensure sales leaders and representatives receive essential information efficiently and promptly. Drive innovation across our processes and practices by challenging norms to enhance productivity and the impact of our initiatives. This position is Office Flexible, requiring you to work from the McLean, VA office at least one day a week, with potential for additional in-office time as needed. Preferred Requirements 2-4+ years of experience in a related programs role or within sales readiness, marketing, or sales. Strong networking, relationship-building, communication, and influencing capabilities. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quantitative approach to addressing challenges. Exceptional organizational skills, experienced in systematically managing demand generation through sales teams. Proactive, innovative thinker, consistently generating new ideas to support divisional priorities through Sales Programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful. Adaptable with a sense of urgency, able to respond swiftly to changing demands. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce.com is a plus. A degree or equivalent proven experience is required, evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g., leadership roles, military service, volunteer work, job experience, etc.).
