We are seeking skilled IT professionals with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application. The role involves ensuring the system's optimal performance, support, security and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, BI reporting and SQL.
Responsibilities / Skills Needed
- Pr ovide technical support and troubleshooting for the Dynamics 365 F&O and other integrated finance applications
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F& O
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs
- Assist with the implementation of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to ensure successful project and enhancement delivery
- Troubleshoot system behaviour anomalies, determine the root cause, and the appropriate technical resolution
- Plan and execute system upgrades and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to recommend improvements and optimizations
- Follow change management processes, including the creation and review of change requests
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience administering ERP systems with a specialization in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O , business analysis, system configuration, and data management. Familiarity with testing methodologies and user support
- Strong understanding of Business accounting and financial processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL, including SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, storedrocedures and other SQL functions
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integration tools and techniques
- Experience managing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders
