Experienced Residential Cleaner/Driver

If you're experienced, detail-focused, and have a Full G licence, we want you. Earn $18.50–$22/hr, 14–30 hrs/week, with paid training, paid travel, company vehicles, and a welcoming team that wants you to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning residential homes, apartments, and rental properties
• Tasks include: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas; occasional move-in/move-out cleans
• Following our checklists and procedures to deliver above-standard quality
• Respecting clients' homes, privacy, and property
• Working independently and as part of a team, depending on the job

Who We're Looking For

• You are reliable, punctual, and professional
• You're willing to give 100% effort on each clean, just like your support team does for you
• You are comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting, moving throughout the day)
• You care about details – cleaning isn't easy, and you must be able to see dirt
• If you don't naturally see dirt, we can train you to see it and meet our standards
• Able to follow checklists, work orders, and instructions
• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset, but not required – we will train the right person
• Valid driver's license and ability to get to our starting location in Sudbury is an asset
