About the Role
We are seeking a resourceful, organized self-starter to join our Burlington team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This full-time, on-site role supports smooth office operations and delivers exceptional client service. Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The position is available for immediate start.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Assist with financial account management, ensuring client records are up to date and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with advisors and colleagues to resolve client inquiries efficiently
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media management and video editing
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Who You Are

  • Self-starter who is thorough and organized
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with social media and video editing is an asset. Training will be provided on additional software as required
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial services industry
  • Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism and discretion
  • Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of finance and industry trends; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is an asset
