The Product Integration Coordinator plays a key role in the success of our products. As a true go-to person, you'll ensure the smooth flow of information, keep our processes up to date, generate reports, and contribute to various projects. It's a stimulating position that combines analysis, organization, and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests and coordinate with internal teams
  • Create, update, and manage documentation (technical sheets, processes, statistics, etc.)
  • Manage product numbers and structures in the ERP system
  • Provide support to the Director, Supervisor, and Product Manager
  • Contribute to process improvements and track tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain product data tools (Tub ID, Tub Spec Tool)
  • Manage small projects from design to implementation, in collaboration with other departments
  • Develop phase-out plans for products and communicate project progress to stakeholders

Profile Sought

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (manufacturing experience is an asset)
  • Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Navision)
  • Familiarity with project management methods (Gantt)
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French (advanced) and English (advanced)
