*Summary*
Our company is growing, and we are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Zent Family Dentistry. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality dental care and educating patients about their oral health. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional service in a family-friendly environment. The Dental Hygienist position available is PART-TIME or FULL-TIME (2-4days/week). We prioritize quality healthcare over quantity and schedule one hour cleanings for patients 12 years and older. We are searching for a team-oriented hygienist who focuses on the patient experience, education, and oral health.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed.
* Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the system.
* Maintain infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
* Manage patient records and scheduling using Eaglesoft software.
*Requirements*
* Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Indiana.
* Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and patient assessment techniques.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient education.
* Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is preferred.
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
