Inside Specialty Pharmacy Sales Executives . In this pivotal role, you will engage health care providers to promote specialty pharmacy services. Your primary responsibility will be fostering growth in referrals and prescriptions for specified therapies through strategic relationships with targeted accounts. ROLE SUMMARY As an Inside Specialty Pharmacy Sales Executive, your focus will be on expanding specific therapies within targeted accounts. You will need to demonstrate a sense of urgency and effectively respond to queries and challenges. Your overarching objective will be to increase referral volumes in key therapeutic areas for Orsini, necessitating continuous communication with prescriber offices to enhance referral growth. Collaboration with various Orsini departments will be vital to optimize referral volume and ensure exceptional customer experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and nurture relationships with key prescriber offices to boost referral volumes. Develop and present business reviews and other relevant reports. Consistently communicate with prescriber offices to highlight Orsini services. Evaluate account objectives and promote Orsini's service offerings effectively. Provide timely and insightful feedback to management regarding prescriber accounts and potential opportunities. Collaborate with Orsini teams to drive new referrals. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Deliver clear and informative presentations on product features and benefits to healthcare professionals via phone. Exhibit strong decision-making and listening skills. Communicate complex product and service information effectively in real-time interactions. Welcome and apply feedback to enhance personal performance and customer experience. Handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing accurate information to inquiries. Demonstrate a reliable work ethic, maintaining punctuality and attendance. Adapt to meet changing business needs as required. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success. At least 1 year of inside sales experience is mandatory. Experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Successful candidates will possess competencies such as Emotional Intelligence, Action Orientation, Results Drive, Sales Persuasion, and Adaptability. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong negotiation and networking abilities with excellent verbal communication skills. Robust problem-solving capabilities with a collaborative approach.
