Core Duties of a Customer Service / Sales Team Member
You'll be the ultimate multi-tasker, making customers happy while also finding opportunities to boost sales. Think of yourself as a detective, but instead of solving crimes, you're solving wireless woes and matching customers with their perfect TruConnect plan. You'll be the hero who swoops in to save the day, turning frowns into smiles and making sure every customer leaves feeling like a VIP. Your superpower will be knowing what customers need before they do and gently guiding them to even better TruConnect solutions. You're the meticulous record-keeper, ensuring every detail is perfectly logged so we can keep our customer relationships strong and our sales soaring. You show your support to fellow Customer Service / Sales Team Members because we're a team, and you're a crucial player! Together, we'll conquer challenges and celebrate victories. You'll be our resident TruConnect guru, always in the know about the latest and greatest so you can share that wisdom with our customers. Your personality is your secret weapon, turning everyday conversations into happy customers and booming sales.
