Business Development & Sales Associate Location: North West London Full-Time | In-Person | Full Training Provided At The Atlas Collective, we believe that great conversations create real impact. As a Business Development & Sales Associate, youll be representing respected charitable organisations across a variety of public spaces throughout North West London
from shopping centres and high streets to pop-up locations where people naturally work, shop, and live. Your role is to create genuine conversations, educate the public on charitable programmes, and inspire long-term support through ethical, transparent sign-up processes. Youll be a key part of expanding campaign visibility and building lasting donor relationships, all while developing skills that lay the foundation for future leadership opportunities within The Atlas Collective. Key Responsibilities
Initiate positive, engaging conversations with members of the public across high-footfall venues
Share each charitys mission, values, and impact in a clear and compelling way
Communicate giving options confidently, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and trust in every interaction
Contribute to team targets and support colleagues throughout daily campaign activity
Set up and maintain organised, eye-catching event displays that reflect brand standards
Gather feedback and report customer insights to strengthen ongoing campaign performance
Adapt to new environments, different locations, and shifting priorities with confidence
Who You Are
A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with people from all walks of life
Positive, proactive, and eager to work towards personal and team goals
Able to build rapport quickly and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting
Open to coaching, development, and hands-on training
Experience in sales, fundraising, hospitality, retail, or customer service is helpful
but were equally excited to meet those starting out with the right attitude
