*Position Overview:*
We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Mechanic with expertise in handling commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with additional experience in controls packages being highly desirable.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC systems and controls.
* Providing excellent service and support to our commercial clients.
* Working closely with the team to ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience as a Commercial Mechanic in the HVAC industry.
* Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems, including rooftops, chillers, and boilers.
* Experience with controls packages is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Current HVAC certifications or completion of manufacturer's courses.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* 5x8
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
Experience:
* HVAC service: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute:
* High Point, NC 27260 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
* High Point, NC 27260: Relocate before starting work (Required)
