We need a born leader and natural collaborator with business acumen to drive market‑leading commercial performance. You’ll be a proven seller, flexible, enthusiastic, forward‑looking, and a role model by example. Relationships are 98% of the job.
About You
Passionate about hospitality sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally with experience working in or around Manchester.
Advanced knowledge of hotel and event sales, a strong leader with a proven track record in team member engagement, improving market performance, and building relationships.
Excellent at communication, both verbal and written.
Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
