We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team, committed to enhancing patient independence and quality of life. In this role, you will evaluate without having to do OASIS, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to the individuals needs. Your expertise will support patients in achieving their goals through evidence-based interventions, promoting functional abilities, and facilitating successful discharge planning.
*Duties*
* NO OASIS
* VERY FLEXIBLE HOURS
* SIGN ON BONUS
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities using advanced knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
* Develop and implement customized care plans that address individual needs related to ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), mobility, sensory processing, and other functional skills.
*Experience*
* Skilled in developing personalized care plans that incorporate therapeutic goals aligned with patient capabilities and safety considerations.
* Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams ensuring seamless communication and optimal patient outcomes.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
