Are you ready to shape the future of digital design for a global luxury interiors brand?
Do you want full autonomy to define user journeys, drive conversion, and lead digital thinking?
Curious to join a company where your work directly supports multi-million-pound growth across UK, US and EU markets?
We’re working with a creative powerhouse in the luxury textiles industry who are looking for their first dedicated UI/UX Designer to join their high-growth digital team. With major investments already made in web development and project management, this is the final piece in the puzzle to elevate their global digital experience.
The opportunity
This is a new and pivotal role where you’ll bring design excellence, user-centric thinking, and a real sense of autonomy to digital product development. You’ll be shaping the online experience, working across platforms including web, mobile, internal sales apps and a new barcode scanning tool.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, from marketing to web development.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
Own the end-to-end design process from research and prototyping to final UI
Run usability testing, user insight studies, and conversion audits (think Hotjar, Figma, and beyond)
Lead the visual and interaction design for digital platforms, with a focus on e-commerce optimisation
Create scalable design systems and evolve brand-aligned digital standards
Influence business direction by identifying UX improvements and competitive gaps
Work across web, internal sales tools, mobile experiences and potentially email journeys You’ll also play a key role in shaping how design is delivered at scale. There’s no legacy red tape here, just a strong appetite for improvement and a real chance to set the standard.
About you:
Proven experience designing for e-commerce or digital product environments, ideally B2B or trade-based
Hands-on expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
Strong UX research skills – usability testing, insight gathering, conversion tracking
A keen visual eye and ideally a background in or understanding of graphic design
The ability to work autonomously, drive your own roadmap, and influence product direction
A collaborative and pragmatic mindset, comfortable navigating a growing digital team and engaging with stakeholders It’s a bonus if you’ve worked with AI-powered tools (Figma AI, Cursor, Lovable) or have a passion for refining customer experience through experimentation and iteration.
Why join?
You’ll be joining a values-led, design-driven business where beauty and function go hand-in-hand. This is a rare opportunity to embed UI/UX into a business at exactly the right moment, when the infrastructure is in place, the board is invested, and the opportunity for impact is huge. If you’ve been waiting for a role where you can genuinely lead and grow something meaningful, this is it.
