Your New Employer
With an established reputation for compliance, structure, and professionalism, this organization operates across Canada, delivering excellence through technology-driven processes and disciplined service standards.
They oversee properties under mortgage enforcement, receivership, and estate administration, combining operational precision with a deep understanding of fiduciary responsibility.
Your New Role
As a Property Manager, you will take the lead in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, which will primarily include residential and multi-residential assets, as well as some commercial, industrial, and retail assets. Each assignment presents a unique challenge, requiring a steady, organized, and solutions-focused approach. You will be responsible for preserving asset value, ensuring operational continuity, and mitigating risk through diligent oversight of maintenance, safety, and compliance activities.
Your role will include coordinating maintenance programs, vendor services, and inspection schedules, while maintaining close collaboration with internal accounting and legal teams. You will oversee property condition assessments, manage operational performance, and ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position where your decisions directly impact the security and stability of assets in transition. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with clients, legal counsel, and service partners, ensuring that all stakeholders receive clear and consistent reporting.
What Sets You Apart
You bring a solid foundation in property or facilities management, along with the ability to thrive in environments that require composure, structure, and accountability. You are comfortable managing multiple sites, coordinating vendors, and making informed operational decisions that strike a balance between efficiency and risk awareness.
You demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to interpret technical and legal information with confidence. While prior experience in enforcement or insolvency management is considered an asset, full training and support will be provided for the right individual who shows aptitude, discipline, and sound judgment.
Above all, you take pride in maintaining high standards and delivering results that earn the trust of both clients and colleagues.
What You Can Expect
This role offers an opportunity to join a highly respected national team that operates at the intersection of real estate, finance, and law.
You will gain exposure to a wide range of property types and client mandates while working within a culture that values process, professionalism, and precision. Expect a fast-paced, structured environment that rewards initiative and reliability.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development and advancement. You will be part of an organization that views its people as its greatest strength—investing in training, technology, and the systems that enable success.
Next Steps
If you are ready to move beyond routine property management into a role where your expertise makes a measurable impact, meet the specified qualifications and criteria and believe you have unique qualities to bring to our client's team, I would be delighted to arrange a confidential conversation.
