Join our amazing team We're a dedicated, friendly dental practice known for our supportive team environment and commitment to excellent patient care. Our office is growing and we are excited to welcome a new Lead Dental Administrator to keep our front office running smoothly and ensure a great experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, handle check-ins/check-outs, and create a welcoming environment.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the daily/weekly schedule, and ensure a smooth patient flow.
  • Billing and Insurance: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage insurance claims with accuracy.
  • Patient Communication: Answer calls, respond to emails, and send appointment reminders professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records and assist in various administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years Dental Experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, knowledge of dental software (Tracker), and familiarity with billing/insurance processes.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude with a knack for multitasking and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
