Job Overview
KCC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Clinical Supervisor - RMT to oversee students in our teaching clinic. This role ensures students receive guidance during their clinical practicum while maintaining a professional and safe clinic environment.

Requirements:

  • Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of clinical or instructional experience preferred - experience supervising or managing in a clinical or educational environment preffered.
  • Strong knowledge of CCHPBC standards, clinical supervision, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with documentation systems, logbooks, and scheduling software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during clinical practicum
  • Record student attendance and professionalism in logs
  • Assess student attire and behavior, providing guidance as needed
  • Review client health presentations with student therapists, ensuring safe and effective treatment
  • Ensure students remain engaged during cancellations or empty bookings
  • Support front desk operations and maintain a professional clinic environment
  • Conduct end-of-shift clinic debriefs with students
  • Reinforce opening/closing checklists and accurate cash-out procedures
