This is a dynamic dual role where you will split your time between hands-on kitchen design and essential administrative support. If you love working with clients, have an eye for design, and are highly organized, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

I. Design & Technical Support

  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets to design beautiful, functional kitchens and cabinetry projects.
  • Design Execution: Create detailed design drawings and 3D renderings of projects using our main design software, Mozzaik.
  • Technical Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret architectural and construction drawings to ensure designs are feasible and align with project specifications.
  • Prepare and manage design files for production and presentation.

II. Administration & Customer Service

  • Financial Support: Assist with administrative duties related to project finances, specifically helping with invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Customer Relations: Provide friendly and effective customer service, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing client inquiries.
  • General Office Support: Manage basic filing, organizing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

What We're Looking For in a Teammate:

  • Design Software Proficiency: Previous experience and working knowledge of Mozzaik software is highly preferred. (Experience with similar cabinet design software like 2020 or Cabinet Vision is a bonus.)
  • Design Aptitude: A passion for design, aesthetics, and understanding space planning.
  • Technical Skills: The ability to confidently read and interpret architectural blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Organization: Excellent time management skills and a highly organized approach to administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a genuinely friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to learn and jump into various tasks as needed in a small team environment.
