Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our finance and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts, processing invoices, generating financial and operational reports, and supporting accounts receivable functions. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Managing Accounts
  • Reconciling, Invoicing & Generating reports
  • Other Accounts receivable duties
  • Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Dealing with inquires on the phone and by email
  • Preparing spreadsheets for management
  • Create a positive impression towards suppliers and vendors
  • Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail

Requirements

  • 1-2 years Office Administrative Experience
  • 1-2 years Accounts Receivable/ Payable
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Organization Skills
  • Resourceful, punctual, solution-oriented and tech-savvy
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.50 per hour
