*A Career Where Your Skill Actually Matters*
*If your workday feels like rushed documentation, stacked schedules, and very little room to practice at the level of your training, you are not alone.*
Many CLT-trained PTs end up in settings where volume outranks quality, where templated treatment replaces reasoning, and where care feels more like throughput than transformation.
You became a PT to treat with intention and impact. *At Liberty Rehabilitation Specialists in San Antonio, you finally can.*
Your care here is built around *time, specialty focus, and clinical freedom.*
*What Makes Liberty Different*
*One-on-one sessions* so you can evaluate deeply and treat without rushing

*Privately Owned Since 2002* with supportive leadership and no corporate quotas
*A Team Culture Built on Communication, Trust, and Shared Wins*
*What You Will Do*
* *Deliver hands-on PT and advanced lymphedema treatment daily*
* *Create individualized plans of care based on clinical reasoning, not templates*
* *Coordinate with physicians and teammates for strong outcomes*
* *Educate, empower, and support patients regaining function and identity*
Your work here restores confidence, independence, and quality of life.
*What You Will Receive*
* *Competitive salary of: $78,000 to $90,000 per year*
* *401 (k) with employer match*
* *Medical, dental, and vision insurance*
* *Paid time off*

* A clinician who values *autonomy, collaboration, and purposeful care*
*What Your Teammates Say*

That feedback reflects what we believe in: collaboration, respect, and open communication across every role.
