Install, configure, and maintain ERP systems and related infrastructure, including managing ERP applications hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and optimizing Oracle Exadata databases. Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and peak performance. Develop backup and recovery procedures, vendor management, and manage production, test, and disaster recovery environments. Coordinate with the business to apply patches with thorough testing and documentation. Provide technical support to users, manage integrations with other business applications, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Support continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends. Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of relevant experience. 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based ERP solutions. 3+ years of experience as a DBA for Oracle databases, including configuration, performance tuning, and maintenance. 3+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues. Experience with Windows Server 2016+ operations and maintenance. Our Investment in You
