Description We are seeking a Product Owner to support seamless product development, manage client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, and ensure clear communication between business and technical teams. This highly collaborative role bridges business requirements and technical execution—helping ensure that our SaaS platform delivers reliable, high-performing, and user-friendly solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting requirements, writing user stories, coordinating client testing activities, and facilitating smooth delivery of product enhancements. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership Generate, prioritize, and elaborate use-cases and user stories from all functional stakeholders to deliver complete, high-value products. Develop, maintain, and communicate sprint backlogs in alignment with strategic and financial goals. Collaborate with stakeholders, including financial institutions, government officials, and internal teams, to define product requirements. Translate product vision into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team. Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely, on-budget, and quality feature delivery. Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and convert approved items into actionable user stories and JIRA tickets Provide guidance to the development team and collaborate on decisions regarding product functionality. Define and analyze product metrics to measure performance and inform data-driven decisions. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, client-focused interfaces. Act as a subject matter expert on financial service workflows, regulations, and industry best practices. Monitor competitor products and industry developments to identify improvement opportunities. Drive continuous product improvement based on user feedback and market trends. User Acceptance Testing
