The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Provide product or service information and assist with selection
- Meet performance standards for speed, efficiency, and quality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult situations
