    • POSITION:  Assistant Swim Instructor and Lifeguard
    • DATES/TIMES:  
      Weekdays - 7 a.m. to 2 p.m Compensation:  $26 per hour
    Among the factors the Superintendent will consider in making the decision are the following:
    • Experience as a lifeguard will be one of the determining factors
    • Red Cross Certification, Life Guard Certification, CPR for Professional Rescuer and AED Certifications
    • Demonstrated competence in working with groups of pupils at the grade level in the type of activity
    • Availability under existing time schedules
    • No respondent to the posting may be assigned to the performance of a paid duty that runs concurrently with the duties of a position for which the respondent is currently being compensated
