*Job Summary:*
PL Dental Zimmerman is seeking a *dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Advanced Dental Therapist (ADT)* to join our collaborative dental team. The ideal candidate will help expand access to care by delivering preventative and restorative dental services under the general supervision of a dentist. This role is perfect for a licensed ADT passionate about improving oral health in a patient-first, supportive environment.
*Core Responsibilities:*
* Conduct *oral health assessments*, diagnose caries and periodontal conditions, and determine appropriate treatment plans.
* Perform *basic restorative procedures* including fillings and temporary crowns.
* Provide *preventive care* such as sealants, prophylaxis, fluoride treatment, and oral hygiene education.
* Collaborate with our general dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure *comprehensive, efficient patient care*.
* Maintain *detailed, accurate patient records* in compliance with state and clinic standards.
* Educate patients on treatment plans, post-op care, and general oral health maintenance.
*Qualifications:*
* *Current Minnesota licensure* as a Dental Therapist and certification as an *Advanced Dental Therapist*.
* Authorized to practice under general supervision.
* Proficient in dental terminology, restorative techniques, and patient education.
* Experience with digital radiography and practice management software (Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred).
* Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA compliance.
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
