Position Summary:
EZ Chemicals is seeking a bilingual French-English Sales Representative to lead and expand our sales efforts across Quebec and Francophone regions of Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the chemical or raw material distribution industry, a passion for customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively in both French and English. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and formulators across the food & beverage, personal care, home care, and industrial sectors, ensuring that EZ Chemicals continues to deliver customized, value-added solutions aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Territory Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Quebec and Francophone Canadian markets to meet growth and profitability targets.
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across food, cosmetic, personal care, home care, and industrial cleaning sectors.
- Establish, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, distributors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular territory analysis to identify new prospects, competitive trends, and market needs.
- Represent EZ Chemicals professionally in client meetings, industry events, and trade shows across Quebec and Canada.
Customer Support & Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring clear and professional bilingual communication.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing offers in both French and English.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales Coordination, Logistics, and Quality) to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product guidance, technical information, and after-sales support to ensure high client retention.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Collaborate with the business development team to align pricing, supplier negotiations, and promotional strategies.
- Contribute to marketing and communication initiatives targeting French-speaking clients and markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales — preferably in chemical, ingredient, or raw material distribution.
• Strong understanding of Quebec's industrial and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and close new business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel across Quebec and occasionally to other Canadian provinces.
