Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our commercial roofing portfolio within assigned territories

Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, conducting regular follow-ups, and upselling additional services or products
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our roofing solutions
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement

Perform territory management by planning visits, scheduling appointments, and ensuring consistent coverage of assigned regions
Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and developing tailored proposals for prospective clients

Requirements **
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on managing complex accounts and developing new business opportunities
Strong background in management, territory management, and sales strategy implementation
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis
Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales approaches, and marketing campaigns
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning new technical aspects is essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed
